Some partnerships take time, this one started in 2016.

I first met Linzy back in 2016.


On a 6am run at an All Staff Retreat in Panama, where we realised that we were approaching the same challenge from different angles, how do you actually change behaviour, not just talk about it?


Fast forward to today, and we are bringing that thinking together through a partnership between HOWARD&Co and Osprey Leadership Consulting.


Most organisations invest in leadership, most organisations run events, very few connect the two in a way that actually sticks, so that is what we are building.


Osprey develops high performance leaders and teams through mindset, coaching, and behavioural insight. HOWARD&Co designs the environments where those behaviours are tested, experienced, and remembered. We do not believe leadership is built in slides, it is built in moments, no templates, no off the shelf programmes, everything is designed around the client, integrating leadership and experience from the very beginning.


From executive retreats to leadership team offsites and development programmes, we are focused on one thing: Leadership that is lived, not taught.


We are particularly excited to bring this approach to high performing organisations, from family offices to global businesses, where leadership, decision making, and relationships define success, and where the right environment enables the right conversations. Excited to finally bring this to life together.
