A little while ago, I met a group of women leaders during a photoshoot and suggested they try a power pose that I had seen recently on someone's profile. They all embraced it brilliantly, and I even attempted my own version, though with considerably less elegance! It got me thinking again about leadership, environments and the importance of creating spaces where people can step away from everyday pressures, connect properly and perhaps see things from a different perspective.
